Role Overview & Technical Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for core SAP system administration, OS-level maintenance on SUSE Linux, and system stability across hybrid cloud landscapes.

Your core technical responsibilities will include:

  • SAP System Administration & Support: Managing day-to-day operations across SAP NetWeaver and ERP instances, monitoring spool queues, background jobs, user authorizations, and system logs.

  • OS-Level Management (SUSE Linux): Performing filesystem expansions, kernel updates, performance tuning, and troubleshooting OS-level bottlenecks affecting SAP workloads.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Supporting SAP environments deployed across public cloud providers, primarily Microsoft Azure and AWS.

  • Upgrades & Lifecycle Management: Assisting with technical system upgrades, support package stack (SPS) implementations, OSS note applications, and database administration.

  • System Recovery & Troubleshooting: Providing rapid incident resolution for mission-critical production halts, root-cause analysis (RCA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) synchronization.

Eligibility Criteria & Skill Requirements

  • Experience Band: 4 to 9 Years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP Basis and Linux administration.

  • Must-Have Skills: SAP Basis Administration, Linux (SUSE Linux Enterprise Server – SLES), Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Troubleshooting, and SAP Production Support.

  • Good-to-Have Skills: Microsoft Azure Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP System Upgrades, Installation and System Copy Configuration, and SAP NetWeaver Architecture.

  • Location: Bengaluru (Whitefield).
