Understanding the Role: What Does a Business Analyst Do at Genpact? As a Business Analyst 4A at Genpact, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological execution, specifically focusing on capital markets, healthcare, and insurance domains.

Your core day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Technology & Market Assessment: Conducting technological assessments, analyzing market trends, and evaluating technology vendor proposals to ensure optimal tech investments.

• Business Case Development: Developing robust business cases for technology investments and providing data-backed recommendations for technology solutions to senior management.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into actionable business needs, and assisting in the integration of technology systems.

• Reporting & Storytelling: Preparing and presenting insightful reports to executive leadership using advanced business reporting and data storytelling techniques.
