Kitchen Rally (Dinking Practice):
A lot of the game takes place in the kitchen, also called the Non-Volley Zone (NVZ). Practicing dinks develops control and precision, necessary to have in order to win rallies.
How to Do It:
Stand with your partner at the kitchen counter.
Gently volley the ball back and forth, attempting to keep it in the kitchen.

Keep the ball low and try to hit your target, not just to blast the ball.
